An active invoice is any invoice that is currently outstanding or overdue and being tracked in CashCycle. If an invoice gets paid, it no longer counts against your limit. So if you create 300 invoices but 250 get paid quickly, only 50 count.

CashCycle is not publicly live yet. We are currently in private development and onboarding interest through a waitlist. If you want early access updates, contact us and we will reach out when access opens.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, the new features are available immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

We'll let you know when you're approaching your limit. You can either upgrade to a higher tier or wait for existing invoices to be paid (which frees up your count). We never cut off access without warning.

No. AI-powered collections, email drafting, payment matching, and forecasting are all included in every plan. We believe AI should be a core part of the experience, not an add-on.

All plans include integrations with Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe, PayPal, Gmail, Outlook, Slack, and WhatsApp. The number of simultaneous connections varies by plan, but the integrations themselves are always available.

We bill monthly, charged at the start of each billing cycle. All prices are in EUR with AED equivalents shown. Enterprise customers can request annual billing with a discount.

All plans include email support. Growth and Scale plans get priority support with faster response times. Custom plans include a dedicated account manager and onboarding assistance.
